The Dinner for 10 program pairs two alumni and eight students for a casual, social dinner that allows students to network with alumni and learn more about how the Bradley Experience can impact their lives. The Dinner for 10 program is a great way to give back to your alma mater - volunteering your time and resources to interact with some of our current students!
In order to schedule your Dinner for 10 we will need the following information:
- Date and time - Let us know what works best for you. Don't limit yourself to evening - we've done plenty of lunches too!
- Location - Where would you like to host your Dinner for 10? We've found that restaurants within walking distance of campus work best. You also have the option of having a catered meal at the Hayden-Clark Alumni Center.
- Student Invites - If you'd like to request a certain type of student to attend your Dinner for 10, please let us know what you're looking for. Some examples include major, home town, Greek affiliation, student organizations, athletics, and more.
- Personal Bio - Tell us a little more about yourself so that students can see who they'll be meeting. Please include your job title, employer, your student involvement at Bradley (such as your major, any student organizations you were involved in, etc.), and your interests.
Remember to allow 3-4 weeks to schedule your event, invite students, and collect RSVPs. Many alumni choose to host dinners in pairs; please let us know if you have a fellow alum co-hosting your dinner so that we can include them on all communications.
Once invitations are sent, we accept the first four students to RSVP and ask each to invite a friend to attend with them.
